  • We offer you a personal point of contact from the start of your relationship with us until we have met your needs and beyond.

  • We will always treat you with dignity and respect recognising that everyone is individual with their own set of circumstances.

  • We have appointments available at a time to suit you including evenings and weekends.

  • We will always respond to you. If you call or email us before 1pm each day we promise to get back to you that same day. If you contact us after 1pm we promise to get back to you by 12pm the following day if not before.
